This is the process from submitting an order through delivery of the material.
Submit Your Order
Start with the product you need, set the material amount, provide the destination zip code, then pick a delivery date.
Supplier Matching
Your order is matched with a supplier for delivery.
Delivery Details
We will email the scheduled delivery date and the phone number for the supplier assigned locally.
Dump Truck Delivery
A dump truck brings the material to the driveway or another location you specify on the property.
Delivery Day Information
Before the Truck Arrives
- Remove obstacles from the material placement area
- Allow a 12-foot wide truck route, free of hanging branches and wires.
- Use a cone, flag, or other easy-to-see marker to show the unloading spot.
- You do NOT have to be there. Keep the route open and leave dump placement directions.
- Keep your phone nearby because the driver might call or send a text to verify details.
At Delivery
- For placement questions, the driver will call or text you
- The material is unloaded in a pile where you requested
- The normal unload point is the driveway or reachable ground beside it
- Delivery usually takes about 10-15 minutes

Washington Rock Supply provides delivery across Washington through local aggregate suppliers, including the Puget Sound, the Cascades, the Olympic Peninsula, the Columbia Basin, and the Palouse.

Delivery Questions
Must I be present for delivery?
No. Provide a clear path and directions for the drop area, and the driver will unload the material there.
What size order can I place?
Orders may be as little as one ton or as much as a multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what you need and we can prepare the load.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
The truck needs open, level ground for safe unloading. Backyard delivery can be done when truck access is available. If not, delivery is normally made at the driveway or along the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
The calculator can help determine how much material to order. Place another order if more is needed. For cancellations, see the refund policy.
Are weekend deliveries available?
At this time, delivery is available only Monday through Friday on weekdays. Select the date you prefer during checkout.
What delivery confirmation is provided?
An email with the order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will then verify the delivery date and share the supplier contact details.
What if a truck cannot reach my property?
For dump truck entry, provide a 12-foot wide path with no branches hanging low or wires overhead. When the truck cannot access the site, it will unload at the closest location that is safe. Contact us before ordering if you are concerned about access.
